Kim Lutz-Jones

Kim’s students range from seniors looking to enhance strength and balance, to college athletes wanting to improve their performance through the benefits of a Yoga/Pilates routine. She started her career as a professional rider and riding instructor, eventually owning her own equestrian facility. She has received numerous awards for training students and horses, taking them to local, state, and national levels. Kim’s group Yoga classes always start with a long slow warm up teaching you how to soften and relax your muscles and to correctly use your breath. She will then lead you through more challenging poses, and end with some long slow well-earned stretches. Her classes are designed to tone the body, increase flexibility and mobility, and to improve breathing.
